| There are many synthetic methods for preparing | thiazole compounds: thiazole compounds are prepared by solid-phase condensation of ketones, elemental iodine and thiourea; It is proposed to prepare thiazole compounds by the interaction of a-halogenated ketones or halogenated aldehydes and thioamides; A- bromo-4-methoxyphenyl ketone and thiourea were refluxed in tetrahydrofuran for 0.5 hours to obtain thiazole compounds; thiazole compounds were synthesized with iodine and thiourea under microwave irradiation; 2-substituted aminothiazole compounds were prepared by the reaction of 2-Bromo-ethanone and substituted thiourea [1], the reaction formula is shown in the figure below.
